TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The deposit amount listed on our invoice secures the payee the total amount of the quoted works and is due and payable prior to Valhalla Interiors proceeding with the procurement of item listed in the quotation. 

All deposit monies paid are non-refundable.    

Valhalla Interiors will upon receipt of monies charged for herein procure the materials listed in the attached finishes schedule and quotation which remain the property of Valhalla Interiors or its nominated representative until the balance of the quote is paid in full. Valhalla Interiors will at its discretion vary or modify the materials nominated in the finishes schedule should the items nominated become discontinued or are unavailable at the time of procurement, you will be notified of this for approval.    

The sale of all goods nominated in the finishes schedule and quotation is final and will be paid by the addressee of the invoice within the payment terms nominated on the invoice. There will be no refund offered by Valhalla Interiors for change of mind.     

All goods supplied by Valhalla Interiors carry their own individual manufacturer warranties and will be supported by same from the initial manufacturer. Valhalla Interiors or its representatives will not be held liable for the warranties of the products supplied.   

Major works and renovations carry their own individual contracts provided to you by Valhalla Interiors.
